Today a lack of training in the workforce supported by strong transitional skills has caused pain for millions of Veterans and deep pain for thousands who have become homeless. You may often see them in line in the grocery store, or at the liquor store, or near your work. And you'll never know if they have a home or if they're living on the streets. Today's 70% of all shelters exist of Veterans, Foster youth who have become adults or families who are not trained enough to get through economic times. For decades in his been a mystery on how to solve the Veterans homeless crisis and it seems that states have done nothing for our Veterans who are classified as homeless in the communities and the shelters.
